Poldark Cottage & Net Loft is a grade two listed, 18th century cottage located in the picturesque village of Mousehole, fifteen metres from the harbour side and beach.
 

Poldark Cottage & Net Loft has three bedrooms, two shower rooms and two living rooms. The property consists of the main cottage with two bedrooms upstairs and a separate 'net loft' annexe; perfect for couples, grandparents, those with mobility issues and those who require a bit of additional space. Both properties are heated throughout and the cottage has a traditional open fire in the living room.

There is a washing machine in the 'net-loft'.

Twin beds with storage. We also have a travel cot with ample room
and a stair/doorway gate which we encourage you use especially
with younger children.

Additionally

There is a large secure passageway between the cottage and the 'net-loft' which is perfect for storing wet towels, wetsuits, buckets/spades and body boards. There is a shared courtyard garden with a small table and chairs. The front terrace is perfect for sitting and watching the world go by, reading a book or snoozing off the Cornish cream teas! There are picnic chairs and blankets stored in the passageway for your convenience. There is also a wide range of books, DVDs and family games to help you enjoy your stay.  
 
We are sorry but Poldark is a non-smoking although smoking on the front terrace is permitted.  We also ask you to be considerate to our neighbours who share the space and keep the noise to a minimum and in sociable hours.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Poldark Cottage, but are not allowed upstairs or in the joint garden. Please specify when booking.

Parking

Parking is minimal in Mousehole as you would expect. However you can park on the harbour front or next to the Coastguard Hotel. If you are able to walk half a mile or so you can park on the main Newlyn road for free. You cannot park next to the house as it doesn't belong to Poldark Cottage but if you have a small to medium sized car you can load and unload there, but please move your vehicle as soon as you have unloaded or loaded.
